Finding the Right Solution
My definition of customer service
is simple: Find the best solution for each customer and find it fast.
In other words, customers are not one size fits all. In your business, one size may not even fit
most. Treat each customer as an individual. Listen to the customer's request. Recap to make sure you understand. Put
your critical thinking skills to good use and ask for a coworker's or your boss's input if you are unsure. Present your
solution, confidently, to your customer. Assure the customer this is the best solution. When you do these things, you will
build loyal customers who appreciate that you look out for their best interests.
